All items are delivered to the ABInBev mailroom.

You will be notified that the item has shipped, then a second contact from the ABInBev mailroom will be sent to say that they have processed it and you can collect it from the mailroom.

You can return by logging a request using the contact us feature here . We will then be in touch to arrange the return and give instructions on how to do this.

Please get in touch by using the contact us feature here, we will send you a replacement. Please share images of the issue we are always keen to address quality or defective items.

From time to time there will be promotional codes that can be entered at the point of check out. These will be published on the site or via internal marketing

We will vary the items, update them frequently and they will be a range of items sourced from a variety of suppliers

Each order and items will be packed individually labelled with your name and we will make every effort to remove as much plastic as possible in this process

There is a restriction to a maximum item purchase of 10 pieces per order, we want to avoid bulk purchases as the site is designed for personal consumption

You will pay instantly via credit card which takes up to 3 working days to be debited from your bank account

This is currently not possible and not the intention of this service, if you wish to buy items for business purposes or in large multiples, please get in touch with us using the contact us page here

Currently this is not possible, but is definitely a future plan – keep an eye out for updates in the internal communication memo’s

Currently there is a per items delivery charge. Once we assess the demand, we are hopeful of reducing this fee.

We aim to never run out, however some items will be available for a limited time only and not necessarily be constantly available.

The items have all been developed by the brand teams, most are items that have been sourced for promotional support but never available for staff, so we add to the orders we make to make them available for sale.

Absolutely we can’t wait to hear your suggestions, we will also run surveys on items suggested to check their popularity

Yes please good use of left over or unwanted stock that’s in 100% resalable condition can be assessed by the team to see if it can be sold

In the main this will be the bulk of items that will be sold, the portfolio will expand to different items but generally limited to those that we can offer at good price and have a high desirability.
